Biography
I started working in recruitment in 1996 by selling recruitment advertising at the Guardian, both in the newspaper and in its first online offering - RecruitNet
I then moved into the Planning Department at the newspaper where I was responsible for the recruitment research and sales support material. From there I assumed responsibility for research that supported the launch of Guardian Unlimited.
I left the Guardian in 1999 to be Head of Research and part of the core team that launched Workthing.com in 2000.
I co-founded Enhance Media in 2001 when I identified a gap in the market for a company that could provide impartial advice to employers that wanted to enjoy the benefits of the internet as a recruitment tool.
I've now worked in recruitment for over 10 years and have been involved in online recruitment for most of that!
